Equine Massage Therapy
Tissue manupulation to reduce pain and improve circulationMassage is the process of manipulating soft tissues for a therapeutic effect. It has been practiced by humans for thousands of years and is considered the most ancient method of pain management. Our equine friends can benefit from massage just as much as humans.
Our Approach
Massage sessions involve a thorough evaluation and palpation of the horse followed by a tailored treatment focused on release of myofascial restrictions and trigger points within the muscles. Dr. Waring-Scott’s history of lameness diagnosis and treatment give her a deep understanding of the compensation patterns from pain and how to best manage them.
Commonly Treated Aliments

- Improve circulation
